Technical standards of superflat floor

1. Technical standards superflat floor

  1.  Floor construction is performed in accordance with ACI302.1R standard of the American Concrete Association;
  2. The design of flat applies to floor flatness and levelness standards ACI117 & BCSTR34 internationally recognized and approved ;
  3. F-Number (F-number system-FACE Floor Profile Number: the recommended method to describe the floor flatness and levelness) is used in the floor flatness and levelness measurement according to American ASTME1155 detecting method  
  4. The fact that there must be two independent F-numbers for ground flatness and levelness is explained:

1). Flatness F-number (FF): shows bumpiness of floor through continuous variation of gap drop every 1-ft(300mm) when measurement is performed in the measured area

2). Level F-number (FL): shows compliance relative to floor level through continuous variation of gap drop every 10-ft(3m) when measurement is performed in the measured area .

To reach to those stardard, laser screed machine is required to be used.

2. Types of superflat floor constructed by laser screed

1. Concrete ground floor: Use floor with pressure exceeding 10 tons / m2;

2. Steel fiber concrete floor: it can reduce the floor thickness and control concrete cracks;

3. High-strength concrete floor: application of 30Mpa, the bearing capacity can reach to 300KG / cm2, the ground surface is made of other materials, and the construction work make it a high-strength floor;

4. Corridor area floor: used for warehouse floor with forklift height over 12 meters and frequent traffic
